1. Press and hold the center switch button for 3 seconds to turn on the light. Press lightly to cycle through the brightness levels in the following order: Low – Medium – High – Strobe – SOS. Double-tap at any level to activate the ultra-bright mode. Press and hold to return to the level you were at before the double-tap.
Press and hold any button for about 3 seconds to turn off the light; the indicator light will remain on, indicating standby mode (press lightly to turn the light back on). After about 6 seconds, the indicator light will turn off, and the device will enter lock mode.

The indicator light will come on; once the temperature has dropped, it can be turned on again.
